Payment

Payments for all services will be issued through an electronic PayPal invoice. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account to process the payment. Payment must be processed in order for services to be rendered. Payment plans are available on a case by case basis.  

Guarantee

I guarantee you will be satisfied with your resume and it will be delivered to you timely (5-7 days unless arranged otherwise). Your resume will be effective, grab the attention of human resources departments, and you should see resulting improvement in your job search endeavors. Please note, while a professionally written resume can enhance your job search efforts, it does not guarantee a job offer.  If for some reason, you are unsatisfied, I will revisit your resume free of charge. If a resume is being tailored to a specific position, you must meet the minimum qualifications.

All client information, including job searching status and security clearances, will be kept confidential. By entering the website you consent to the use of cookies. Personal information won’t be kept longer than is necessary. We will take reasonable measures to prevent the loss or misuse of your personal information (e.g. encryption and password protection). Katherine Frost Consulting, via Wix, collects the minimum amount of personally identifiable information necessary to improve our site and the service we provide. Data we collect includes any or all of the information you provide while using our website and/or services.
